My boyfriend goes to Humboldt University, which is 11 hours away from where I live. Two weekends ago he had been having a lot of pain in his head, which he thought was just migranes. He couldn't take it anymore last Monday and went to the ER for a cat scan where they found out he had bleeding in his brain. They rushed him to UCSF as soon as they could and last Friday he underwent brain surgery. After an awful hospital stay, he came home to SoCal yesterday. Today, after I got out of school I went over to his house to see him for the first time in two months. It may not seem like that long, but it felt like forever to me.

He's a little worse for wear, but I'm so glad that I get to see my Gilbert again :]<3 Nothing could ruin my weekend now that I got to see him. I really missed his family as well. Not only did I miss him, but I'm so glad that he's okay. I can't even count how many times I had to tell the story, since everyone at my high school knew him since he had graduated last year. It was really hard and the last week I haven't been feeling well at all and all I wanted to do was cry. But, he's better! And I could not possibly be happier :]] I'm really looking forward to going over and visiting him as often as I can. I know I'm going to take full advantage of him being so close. I'm just so happy that I can't take it :]

Well, that was a rare personal update from me. I'm just so excited :]
